On behalf of our parish, I would like to welcome you to St. Barbara. Our community serves the Sarasota and Manatee counties and has grown from humble but fervent beginnings to a community of over 250 families. We strive to bring the light and the good news of Christ to our parishioners, as well as to those who visit our church and the greater community.

CALENDAR
The celebration of weekday feasts usually begins with Vespers at 6pm, with Orthros and Divine Liturgy beginning at 8:30 on the day of the feast. Approximately once a month, the Liturgy will be served directly following Vespers, on the eve of the feast. For information about specific services, please consult the calendar below.
